Habitat Huron Valley Restore Online Order Pickup and Return Policy

Items purchased at the Habitat Huron Valley online shop must be picked up at our ReStore located at 6241 Jackson Rd, Ann Arbor, MI 48103 during our regular business hours: Tuesday–Saturday, 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM. All items must be picked up within 3 business days after you receive your “Ready for Pickup” notification. Items not picked up within this timeframe will be returned to inventory, and store credit to the Habitat Huron Valley online store will be issued. Store credit is valid for 90 days from the date it is issued.

Items purchased in-store and from our online store can be returned at our ReStore in Ann Arbor within two weeks of purchase for in-store credit only. Customers must present the original receipt at the time of the return. Store credit is good for 90 days. Store credit cannot be used at any other Habitat for Humanity ReStores or at our online shop.
